Everton are aiming to finish in the top four of the Premier League table this season, and the fixtures in December are going to be key.

Much like playing at the JackpotCity online casino, success in football is quite often about taken your chances when you have luck on your side, and playing safe when things are going tough. However, unlike football, online casinos like JackpotCity will give you free second chances and gambling bonuses to incentivise you into coming back again.

As for the football – December is traditionally a month in which the table starts to look clearer, and for the Toffees to maintain their challenge for the Champions League places, next month will be massive. With traditional top teams like Arsenal and Manchester United floundering, this is an ideal opportunity for Everton to make their mark and push for a European place.

This is how we think Everton are going to fare in December:

Burnley v Everton, December 5, 2020

Burnley are not in the best of form at the moment and are in danger of getting relegated to the Championship. Everton have the better squad, and despite the match being played at Turf Moor, Ancelotti’s side should be able to pick up all three points.

Prediction: Burnley 0-1 Everton

Everton v Chelsea, December 12, 2020

Chelsea are a force to be reckoned with this season and are very much in the race for the Premier League title. The likes of Timo Werner and Thiago Silva are in brilliant form at the moment, and it is going to be hard to pick up all three points. However, playing at Goodison Park will give the the Toffees an advantage, and a point is very much feasible.

Prediction: Everton 1-1 Chelsea

Leicester City v Everton, December 15, 2020

Leicester City are going strong under Brendan Rodgers and are among the contenders for the Champions League places. However, the defeat to a depleted Liverpool team showed that the Foxes are far from perfect. Everton can certainly win this game.

Prediction: Leicester City 1-2 Everton

Everton v Arsenal, December 19, 2020

Arsenal are conceding goals - they lost 3-0 to Aston Villa - and are not scoring enough - they drew 0-0 with Leeds United. The high-press game that the Gunners play will suit James Rodriguez, as he will get space to weave his magic and create chances for Dominic Calvert-Lewin. A win for the Toffees is a very likely outcome.

Prediction: Everton 2-0 Arsenal

Everton v Manchester United, December 23, 2020

Manchester United are quite inconsistent, and it is hard to predict what United team will turn up before Christmas. If the Red Devils have progressed to the last-16 stage of the Champions League and are looking decent in the Premier League by then, then it will not be easy. A draw is feasible.

Prediction: Everton 2-2 Manchester United

Sheffield United v Everton, December 26, 2020

Sheffield United are in dire form at the moment and are could end up going back down to the Championship at the end of the season. It does not appear that the Blades will get some form anytime soon, and it is hard to see the Merseyside outfit slip up in Yorkshire.

Prediction: Sheffield United 0-3 Everton

Everton v Manchester City, December 28, 2020

On paper, Manchester City should win. However, football is not played on paper. The Citizens have looked far from imperious this season, and Ancelotti will know how to get the better of Pep Guardiola. A narrow win for the home team is not out of question.

Prediction: Everton 1-0 Manchester City

While 2020 is hardly an ideal year, an ideal December is very much in Everton's grasp. Europe beckons, but the Toffees must be bold enough to reach for it.
