Dowell out injured ''for a few weeks''
Kieran Dowell is facing a spell on the sidelines after aggravating an ankle injury playing on loan at Wigan Athletic.
The midfielder had to be stretchered off in a game against Sheffield Wednesday last month and returned to training this week having apparently recovered from the injury.
However, he suffered a setback in his recovery and he has now been ruled out "for a few weeks", meaning he will miss the Latics' season run-in.
Dowell joined Wigan during the January transfer window following a largely unsuccessful loan spell at Derby County.
