The 21-year-old's impressive season, in which he secured a January move to Goodison before being loaned back to Grasshopper Zurich, has been capped by him being named in Switzerland's final 23-man squad for the tournament.
Tarshaj earned only his third cap this past weekend when he came on as a substitute against Romelu Lukaku's Belgium but has done enough to convince his international boss that he should be at Euro2016.

ManUtd found a jewel in Rashford so why not give some of the youngsters proper starts especially in the pre-season games.

One for our new manager to consider for the new season, particularly with some of our out-of-contract and/or older players potentially leaving in the summer.

That's a good point, Tom, I doubt if Rashford would have got much of a a sniff under our past two managers, it was refreshing to see Unsworth and Royle put faith in the youngsters in the final match. It's open for debate whether Martinez would have done the same and Moyes certainly wouldn't.

I don't think that he'll make the cut either. Then I have a dichotomy, because I do want him as a "nailed on", but I don't want him returning knackered.
The Ross that began the season really wasn't the jogging apathetic Barkley that dwindled to a stop at the finale.
Better he stays back home and rediscovers his "Tiger Blood". Maybe a chat with Tony Bellew?

and youngsters he bought that played for the first team
Francisco Santos Da Silva Júnior
But Moyes never played the youngsters?

Adam Forshaw is a prime example, played in the first half of one game, impressed everyone who saw him that night, never got another first team game after that one.
There are many more young players who were treated like that by Moyes, a lot of these lads were picked when the team had an injury crisis and he had to include them.
Eric, you admire Moyes, fair enough, but don't make him out to be better than he really is. He hit the jackpot when he was picked by Alex Ferguson for the Man Utd job, I bet Ferguson will take a long time to live that mistake down.
