To complete the picture, a tall hotel on the waters edge resembling Prince Rupert's Tower (Hotel 1878) with rotating restaurant at the top.

It must be a coincidence but recently I have been wondering if Moshiri would go for something ultra modern a never before seen... Saying that, he probably won't.
