It is partially our own fault for lacking ambition over the years and selling for profit rather than improving the squad. We have used lower league clubs in the same way and now it is our turn.
This is nothing to do with whoever is manager at the time. It happened during Catterick's and Kendall's time. We lacked fore sight and never developed conveyor-belt success as we should have.

So he made his international debut at 21 so we've therefore beaten the big clubs to him?
